Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Please do not ask me to ship your package as a gift. I can't do that!
How secure is shopping online at Infinity Photography?
This website automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Infinity Photography using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Can I track my shipment?
Yes if you have chosen a shipping method with tracking in the shopping cart. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your package by using the appropriate tracking website.
Can I have goods sent to an address other than my home?

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?
If you make a mistake in ordering please contact Infinity Photography/eyetees as soon as possible, I may just catch it in the nick of time before posting. However, fear not if we miss each other, I do offer returns (you pay the postage back to me & I'll pay to post out to you) and will be happy to make any change for you.
Can I cancel an order that I've made with Infinity Photography?

I apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact Customer Service. Please consult your tracking data (if recorded delivery chosen) before contacting Infinity Photography/eyetees.

How can I buy art from Infinity Photography?
You simply add the art you wish to buy to your secure shopping cart and check out. You will be asked to provide your name, address and credit/debit card details securely (we do not store credit/debit card details).
What if I don't like the work when I get it?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Infinity Photography either has the items in stock or will print to order. Stock items will usually ship within 5 working days. Print to order items will normally ship within 10 working days. Infinity Photography will keep you informed of expected dispatch and delivery dates as well as any delays in shipping originals.
What insurance cover do I have?
If an item is damaged before it arrives with you, we will replace it or refund your money. See our Terms & Conditions.

How will the goods be packaged?
Unframed prints will be sent in wide cardboard tubes. Stringent tests have proved that this has no ill effects on the shape of our heavy range of papers.

Why do the prices vary for different designs?
Some designs are more complex, use multiple screens & colours, thus increasing production and unit costs.
I'm poor! Can I get a discount?
Well sign up for my newsletter, it'll have future releases and t-shirt discounts. Or, heck, just email me. If you've got an interesting story or some pics of you sporting eyetees tshirts for all the world to see, I'll probably be inclined to set up a t-shirt discount coupon just for you.
Any special washing instructions?
Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colours separately, and don't iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang-drying the shirts is preferable, but not really necessary.
