TARTAN ‘ABERFELDY’ J. K. ROWLING
J. K. Rowling, (1965) lives in Aberfeldy, is a Scottish author & creator of the Harry Potter fantasy series. She has become a notable philanthropist, supporting various charities.
Created from one frame from a digital video tartan design used for a video wall. Each video piece slowly builds from the core tartan design by animating the tartan pattern warp & wefts (the vertical and horizontal lines that interweave to form the overall design) over 1 minute.
Each tartan is associated with a famous Scottish person, ranging from inventors to comedians.
